He doesnt come off as very caring to an individual students needs and lectures so much to the point where it goes off tangents which it makes it confusing to understand what we are really learning. Hes all over the place as being both a counselor and professor and it feels hard to ask him for help. Only good thing about him is that hes funny.

This class was easy but kinda boring I took this class because I needed it for a major requirement. Be prepared to participate and talk do not miss class more then the absence requirement he will drop you . Very lecture heavy but easy class if you pay attention and participate.

I LOVED THIS CLASS!!!! By far one of the best professors I've ever had! He really cares about his students and wants them to be better people. There's not much homework and the midterm was take home, but you need to have an open mind and want to grow in order to truly gain something from him. Show up and participate and you've already passed.

Makes women feel uncomfortable in class with odd relationship scenarios. Adona doesn't give much hw which is a plus but he is very scattershot grading and you won't know your grade in class until the semester is over. Wouldn't recommend

Professor Adona is very lecture-heavy, so if you take great notes and read all of the assigned books, you should do fine. He is also pretty funny, and you can tell he really cares about his students.

If you are a poor student you will get poor grades, which is very true for this class. His lectures are very inspiring but you do need to put work in to make the most of the class. If your class tries as a whole he cancels the midterm if you review what you know in class.

I left this class everyday more inspired than the last, he's the only teacher I've had at Mesa who I felt actually cares about his students. Write everything down because he let us use our notes on the midterm but didn't tell us that until we we're already taking it, I would've failed if I didn't have good notes

He's a very good Personal Growth teacher. He wants you to talk in class to know what's going on in life in general. Yes, the midterm and final is hard. But if you participate in class, he'll work with you. As an Advisor, yes, he will rush you. But he's helpful if you say all your concerns. He's worth taking but participate or you'll fail. Simple.
