Challenging, interesting, and engaging. Listens to and learns from the students. Provides students with the minimum amount of theory needed to fully understand the lectures, but also gobs of supplemental material (vids, readings), and encourages students to use those materials in writings and class discussions. Really interesting class... he brings in skulls and you have to identify them... All tests are OPEN BOOK,OPEN NOTE, but you still need to study because the questions are really hard... I would take his class again.

He is a great professor! He brings in articles that stir up great class conversations. Yeah he can be borring sometimes and you just daze off. Try not to, everything he says and writes are important. Even though test are open book and open note. There are like 4 books to use to i suggest you read!!!

it may seem like a lot of reading but the work is really easy and he's a good teacher and always willing to help you with any problem. a lot of class discussion involved and he shows videos. overall he's one of the best teachers i've had at that school
