Comment:
No prelab material or lecture to study. The quiz tested on what he says 20 minutes before the lab started, and it was extremely hard. He would be really rude to you if you did not understand what he explained before the lab.

His section was like an educational show. You don't realize you're learning because you enjoy it so much but you come out enriched with knowledge. Each lesson had a few clear points that he introduced and concluded philosophically with examples between. His questions were extremely difficult (unless you knew to memorize them from '94 on docuum).

Great professor and human being. His knowledge in the field of respiration is amazing. Extremely approachable and will take the time to ensure you understand the material. His MC questions are hard but he is very lenient when he subjectively grades. Great guy.

Phenomenal teacher. I enjoyed listening to his lectures so much because he put an interesting spin on respiratory physiology. He does have one of the harder topics so I really appreciated how helpful he was when I went to his office. My favorite teacher at McGill!

Ok at teaching but exam questions killer. Oral with Mortola appears more difficult but actually a very fair marker for this. Not sure why all these other ratings are so positive though, I really disliked Mortola. Made respiration *so* dull.

What an incredible prof! he made respiration so interesting! Clearly a brilliant man who loves what he teaches. Assignment wasn't too bad and he marked very generously. Expects you to know the material, but his questions aren't too bad. He & Desbarats are two of the best in Physiology.

Exams are do-able...but definitely not easy! Great Italian accent, although his accent makes it difficult (at times) to understand what he is saying in class sometimes.
