Comment:
This class was a lot more focused on cognitive psychology than I expected. That being said, it was very interesting. Some parts were challenging, but Dr. Berejikian is really good at answering questions and illustrating the topics. Overall, the class was good but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend

Comment:
Dr. Berejikian is a cool guy who clearly cares about the subject, but our grades were way too low for an intro class covering basic material. Our grades were mostly 3 tests, and we did not ever see our final test grade, only the final grade in Athena. It is by far my lowest grade this semester, including two 4000 level INTL courses.

Comment:
Dr. Berejikian is very knowledgeable about the subject material and the field in general. This course, however required a high frequency of paper assignments in group projects, often 15-20 pages or more. He does not have clear grading guidelines or a rubric, rather he may scribble a word on the assignment. Grading is harsh and may seem arbitrary.

Professor Berejikian is my favorite professor at UGA thus far. He not only teaches with purpose, but also with a passion. I went into this class being a pre-med major and came out as a Political Science and International Affairs major. He is strongly impactful towards the mindset of college freshman, and I would 10/10 have him again!

Dr. Berejikian is such an intelligent and interesting professor. He always makes time to answer students' questions during class, and he's very clear about his expectations for assignments. He'll make you work for your grade, but he doesn't grade unfairly or too harshly. I've learned so much from him and would love to have him again!

best professor at uga. he knows a lot about the topics & is so eager to help his students succeed. his tests are difficult because you have 200 pages of reading for a test & then there's only 20 MC questions & the essay on the test is based on lecture & you can't use reading stuff to answer the lecture or lecture for MC. GO TO HIS OFFICE HOURS!!!!!

Dr. Berejikian is the greatest! He is so knowledgeable about the subject matter and is one of the leading experts on nuclear deescalation (goes to the pentagon to consult for the US military). His lectures are so engaging and he lets the class direct the material based on their interests. TAKE THIS CLASS!

If you get a chance to take Global Sim with Dr. Berejikian, do it. He's by far one of the best professors in SPIA. He made complex concepts in international affairs easy to grasp and helped us apply what we learned in readings and lectures to the simulation. He's a tough grader, but if you put in the work, you'll do just fine.

I loved Berejikian! He is so passionate about the subject matter and really wants his students to relate the subject to everyday stuff. His class(4770) was my favorite course I've ever taken at the UGA. It only meets one day a week for 2.5 hours, and its seriously is a great class! I recommend everyone take it their senior year!

Yeah this guy's FYOS Foreign Policy and Neuroscience class is amazing. He explains so much about this University and talks a lot about events within SPIA(school of public and international affairs). His class is really interesting. Can't wait to take one of his other classes.

Awesome lecturer and he knows his stuff. Very passionate and funny. His tests are all essay. Fair grader but sometimes words essay questions in a way different which makes you have to think what is he getting at.. so thats annoying. Thinking about the question to figure out his intent takes time away from writing the answer.

A difficult class, but interesting nonetheless. Berejikian is a great lecturer and our breakout TA's were VERY helpful. If you read and go to class, an A is definitely attainable!
