Comment:

One of the best teachers you will ever find. What I really like about Dr Woo is that she guides you thru, like a mother, for a better grade when you don't get it right. She's available to meet up with. She even gives the text book for free. I really don't understand why some students are complaining. My advise is: you'll like her as an instructor!

Comment:

From my experience, the only time you get a bad grade is when you don't follow instructions. I'd say she's helpful and smart, but you have to contact her. If you need help, don't expect to get it the night before assignment is due. She doesn't use the textbook much and provides it for free for online courses. Overall an okay prof. for easy A.

On Line class. A lot of disc,/ comments on others work. No real substance. Project is comp analysis. Could go week or two with no assign. Used maybe 20 pgs out of text. No useful feedback on papers usually 4-5 words. Waste of money.

Extemely unorganized, the BUS 101class I took was online and it was horrible. She is not clear and changes the assignment and turn in time at a moments notice. DO NOT BUY THE BOOK, it is available free as a pdf.

BUS 101. Very unorganized and a poor communucator. Online class is hard to follow, schedule is a mess, and she is "unavailable" for weeks at a time. Textbook is a PDF, available for free, so don't buy the copy at the bookstore.

The Online class was a bit disorganized but Judy was responsive to student asks for clarity. The content in the course was easy to understand as were the expectations of the students. I would recommend this class -provided you are willing to seek out which assignments are required vs optional, and build your own schedule for when they are due.

This was the worst prof I've ever had. She re-wrote the textbook and then later attached pdf versions of the text book as her's was to confusing. She was unresponsive and a horrible communicator. DO NOT USE HER.

This taecher was the worst I had this quarter. I took this class online and to make a long story short, her clas was the most unorganized, unproductive class I have ever taken. And she write with exclaimation points after every sentence! So annoying. I wouldn't recommend this teacher to my worst enemy.

I have taken many online courses. Hers was the most unorganized and unstructured first week of class I have ever been in. After the second day of school, she didn't answer questions on the discussion board or answer repeated emails from myself and others. I withdrew on the 5th day of class because I had no confidence in this online teacher.

Took her online class. Very easy. Discussions every week that you have all week to do. 4 quizzes worth 10 pts each. Nothing to "study" for. Have a company research project that you do 5 or so papers for which you usually turn in every thursday. I took it while also taking an english research class and I was worried, got a B.

I tool the online class and I dont know why people didnt like her,such an easy class. You post a short(about 2 paragraphs) discussion each week and have mon-fri to do it. Choose a company at the start and write about 4 papers on them, just choose your workplace and its a lot easier. She even gives specific grading scales.

This was the first online class and I'm never taking one again because of it. Nothing makes any sense she is really unclear about what she wants us to do. we have to come up with our own word problems, which is a lot harder then it sounds.I should have dropped the class when I had the chance. Don't take this class online!!!

Horrible teacher, probably a very smart lady. This is a very self-directed class with no help from the teacher. She is hard to understand and unclear about what she wants you to do. This is supposed to be beginning statistics but your homework is basically making up your own word problems and solving them - not sure why you need a teacher for that.

I took the online version of the class- It seemed like there were few people droped out. Mrs. Woo might be an okay teacher in the classroom, but she offered little help with the content of the course, and almost no technical help.

interesting woman, not very well organized, doesn't expect you to be perfect, understands that stats is not for everyone and encourages the best she can. If you read the material, study the methods, you will do fine. You can't expect an instructor to hold your hand. Time to be an adult. Utilize the stats lab if you need help too.

Very nice and sweet woman in person, obviously brilliant, but one of the worst online classes I've ever had. Didn't learn a thing. Documentation for projects were a mess of fonts, colors, cut/paste of random chat conversations and dancing gifs. Very unprofessional in presentation and extremely difficult to read. Disappointed in class.
