I feel sorry for anyone actually trying to learn math, since this teacher gets annoyed, does not fully answer or solve the problems on the board, and sometimes even gets the answers wrong herself. Also I dont think she read or wrote her syllabus. She told the class we needed to get a 70% on the final or we would fail. Not the case at all.

This teacher is mediocre at explaining homework, chapters, or any questions we have. She's been giving homework with things we never learned in class. She's very kind and nice, but I rather a teacher be rude and teach me something than too nice and unable to actually teach me anything. If you need a hands-on teacher to explain to you, not her.

I really do not have the words for how bad this teacher is... averages 80 problems of work a night. This teacher does NOT want you to pass, there are only four test and the final is worth 25% of your final grade. Do NOT take this teacher PLEASE.

My experience in this class is really good. I would take her again if she does the second part of developmental math. Policy wise is fare. if you know your going to miss class just email her and she will understand. her way of teaching is nice because she takes interest in her students passing her class. overall she is a sweet lady.

Do not take this class with this professor. I am not rating her badly because I am failing this class, I am actually doing really well. This teacher has put the other students and I down the whole entire semester. She treats you like a five year old and yells at you for any little thing. I would never take a class from her again.

I feel like the people that made the comments about Ms. Becker are the ones that just didn't do anything in class. As long as you do the homework, modules, and study guides you will pass this class and she wouldn't be so mean to you. She's a pretty nice lady, sometimes misreads the problem on the board. Just correct her! Shes human just like us. :)

Horrible teacher. Constantly makes mistakes when working out problems, isn't clear when explaining problems,and takes points away from your test if you don't work out the problem the exact way she tells you to do it, not to mention she's extremley rude. Do yourself a favor and choose another professor.

Pay attention to class and you will be fine. Make sure that you use your resources such as the spa etc... Not a hard class she just explains one chapter and will jump to the next right away. She will take away points on your tests if you show your work wrong. Reviews always look fairly close to the tests.

She is a nice old lady, however that does not count towards helping you understand the material. If you join her class expect to loose 50 percent of your classmates. I could put her down, but that would not be productive look at her ratings ! Where there is smoke there is fire. I seen this prior to taking her class, but I did not take heed !!!!!

Not a good teacher at all! She doesn't explain problems very well and doesn't cover the material on the hw she assigns. She also makes mistakes while explaining problems. If you want to live in the spa, i recommend you take her class.

She is a very sweet lady, always ready to help! I understood her very clearly and made an A in the class. Lots of extra credit. She loses patients with the jokers sometimes, but I did too. (I wish she was harder on them.) She does everything she can to help you! I love her! Highly recommend!

Her teaching methods are very traditional. She does make mistakes, but we are all human. Corrects the smallest mistakes on tests, I guess that is to help you in the long wrong. All in All OKAY Teacher. If you need help she will do her best to help you, or recommend the best place or person to help you.

Well, at first she seemed fine. Weeks into the course she changed. One minute she was happy and dandy, the next she was already serious and correcting you. She rushes through her teaching, fairly easy. Doesn't admit she's wrong at times. Makes you feel a little dumb. But she's Ok!
