He is a really nice and caring professor, he really wants his students to learn. The class is very easy, 4 test and a power point group presentation. The questions on the test are the exact same as the review, you just have to memorize the answers. This course is an easy A, I highly recommend this professor.

This was the worst class I have ever taken! Not only does this professor purposely give you the wrong information to study for students to fail. He will tell you that you are wrong on assignments when you are right. I had to contest anytime he graded and get the school involved when he did not want to change my grade. Stay far away from him!

Professor Douyon is the best Professor at teaching "Music Theory", if there was a Master of Music Theory Fair: He would be the lead lecturer on it. He knows his stuff REALLY GOOD!

I've taken classes with Douyon and Dr. Ngim from the Wolfson Campus so listen. This class is too easy to fail so don't be a wimp with this guy. The only thing is that bothers me is that you don't get enough time to slowly process information when he's constantly telling you what to do on the board. The textbook also sucks. Use the one from Wolfson.
