Wonderful professor! Honestly if you come to class, pay attention to lectures and participate you should do great. She is very passionate about what she teaches and you will learn a lot from her class!! Open book exams and 1 term paper. Also very understanding and helpful, meeting her during office hours is always great

She was seriously the best professor I had at OW. She definitely made you work for your grade and could be unclear at times but she was definitely there for you and helped you as much as she could without spoon feeding you. She even reached out to me after graduation to see how I was doing. Strongly recommend!

I love her!!!! She keeps it interesting and is very descriptive!! I would take more classes with her and wish she had more classes she taught!!!!! She is always there for you when you need it. You have to work for your grades, if you study and pay attention you will do great!

Lots of reading, need to take notes on text & articles. It will help on the M-Term & final. Write down everything she says. She is a very good professor. She expects you to do the readings & pull out the key concepts. She expects you to ask questions. Very Interesting. Conversational teaching style. She presents the data to back everything.

Shes someone you have to tolerate in order to get where you need to be, shes one of your biggest obstacles in college

One of my favorite professors! Her class is so interesting and very easy. As long as you keep up with the readings and take notes you'll do fine. Her exams are also open book but it helps to make index cards. She's extremely helpful and really knows her stuff!

Very helpful and informative. All the information taught in this class relates to everyday issues we face in society. I got a 100 on the midterm and found it to be very easy. Her exams are all open notes/book but if you haven't done the readings you will not do well. She gives a lot of readings and you must come to class to do well in the course.
