Comment:

Just do all your work and be proficient at what you do and she will cut you a break when you need it. I am in the military and she aided me with a test I couldn't take because I was floating between Virginia and Europe. She allowed me to make it up with no problem due to previous work. It was a pleasure to get a grip on Accounting with her.

Comment:

I would highly recommend taking class from Professor Karolinski. One of my favorite things about her is how quickly she responds to emails! In addition she is kind and understanding. Throughout the course, I experienced some technical issues and she would always help me through them and give me enough time to complete the assignments I had missed.

A ton of work, but an easy A if you put the effort in. Extremely clear and easy to follow grading and course plan helps you stay on top of all the work which is great because she doesn't accept late work. If I had to do it again I probably would have just gone in for the class but would definitely stick with Karolinski.

I've learned more about her personal life than anything else. She constantly gets off topic and doesn't really explain. It is like taking an online course. Lots of homework and she is very unclear when giving directions.

Shes a sweet lady and tries hard but is just too much of a scatterbrain to be teaching accounting. You have to teach yourself the material because you will get nothing out of her lectures. Thankfully she gives plenty of material to practice from but that means a lot of homework. Its like having an online class that wastes 4 extra hours of your week

I must say it was a pleasure being in her class. The way she grades you get more than enough opportunity's to pass the class. The big things to worry about are the test because if you aren't understanding the material chances are you won't do well on the test. She does genuinely care about her students and shared some of her life stories. good prof

She's very nice, but for accounting professors need to be veryyyy clear, she however is very confusing at times. If you really put the TIME into this class, you'll get the grade you want. I wouldn't recommend this teacher only because of the time you need for this course, its very hard when you have four other courses to worry about.

Mrs. Karolinski had a streamlined easy to follow online course. That is, if you are willing to work. She was responsive to my emails and open to helping students. Don't take an Online course if you expect to be hand held the whole time. Highly recommend this course ONLINE. Positive experience.

Prof. Karolinski is extremely helpful and kind. She genuinely wants her students to do well. Any questions emailed to her are always answered promptly. She really does whatever she can to make sure that her students succeed. Wonderful class!

This professor was very helpful. Anytime I had a question, she would email me back in an efficient amount of time. Accounting is not easy but she made it easier to understand and offered many different ways to learn, including Wiley Plus. I would recommend her to anyone taking this class online. I wish I could have her for ACC102 as well!

Absolutely the WORST ONLINE CLASS EVER! Never answers emails. Is always MIA. powerpoint, wiley and book are entirely contradicting. She offers zero help and takes no time to assist students that truly do need help. SUPER CONFUSING, WORST TEACHER OF THE YEAR! seriously do not take any class with her. Horrible! Do NOT waste your energy. Unless you are already proficient in accounting, you will not learn in the class. Teacher is lazy, non-existent and the book, software and ppt’s don’t give you the information needed for assignments. All confusing and very frustrating. Avoid this professor!!! Worst on-line class I've ever taken.

Awesome teacher, really knows the subject and truly loves accounting. She does go on tangents but it makes her class. Get her laughing and she's your best friend. She loves her students and will know everyone by name and personality. Really flexible about your schedule too you just have to let her know what's going on.

You get minimal contact with her unless she emails you to yell about something, she says things will be up by a certain time and they arent. Where you submit work has had problems and then you email it to her and weeks later she yells at you for not doing work. Never take it with her. I promise you will regret it.

GREAT Professor! Very helpful when there is a question by any of the students. I took the acounting online course from halfway around the world and had no problems. my books arrived very late, and she was more than willing to help.

I took her online course and she is horrible. Not only did she mess up on how the assignments were but if you ask her for help she basically tells you to find out on your own. Her class schedule for an assignment rotates every week, it is never the same; its all over the place. She's not really a professor at all, she's just "there".
