Comment:

Although she seems neurotic and disorganized, Peggy really has the best interest of her students at heart. Can be a bit of a stickler on turning things in on time and proper formatting of projects, but easy to work with, if you can get her to finish a sentence.

She DOES care about her students, and she DOES try hard, but she's an odd duck. Hard to follow and leaves literal 5 min. voicemails. Thank God I only had her for one class, but suffered under her advisement.
