Four papers (2-3 papers), Midterm, and Final. The class consists of lectures and videos. He doesn't have a textbook, prepare for a lot of separate readings. Great at explaining religious topics even for non-believers. Accessible outside of class and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Comment:

father Tom is the most caring, helpful and understanding lecturer you can have. He really cares about his students and is genuinely concerned about your well being. His class was extremely interesting and he bought in guest speakers that made the complexity of the subjects more relatible. I just wish I had more classes with her Tom.

Professor Ahern is one of the sweetest men i have ever met. The material can be boring sometimes but he tries his best to make everything interesting. He is extremely flexible with due dates and his tests are very fair. He is very concerned with the well-being of his students and I would recommend him to everyone.

This guy is so cool. He's down to earth and very flexible on due dates. He make the subject very interesting and his light hearted approach makes you really enjoy coming to class every day. His papers are also pretty easy unless you aren't familiar at all with Christianity.

I loved his class. Rev. Ahearn was a great teacher and really made us think. It was a very interesting class. I would definitely take him as a teacher again
