Beyond amazing!! He was so caring and kind, he truly made you feel like your opinion mattered. Never put anyone down and was so nice. A lot of group discussions, so participation mattered and a few papers here and there. No tests or exams. Much relaxed class.

I loved him!! He is very laid back. I would recommend going to his lectures because there are new notes every class. Overall great professor, clear and direct about what is on the mid term and final, so as long as you know the material the tests are easy.

Amazing Professor!!! Engaging class. Expect three assignments two 2-4page papers and roughly a 7 page paper. Written Exams but he lets you know exactly what the short answer questions will be. Even though you can get away with not reading the book you should!!!

Such a chill teacher, really cares about your opinion. Not dead set on following a lesson plan so class discussions are welcome. Every class is the same, some powerpoints all lectures. Mid term and final are take home essay and he tells you what is going to be on there and 1 other essay. Don't waste your time reading the book, just take notes

Professor C. is an amazing educator. Answers any questions you have and is super approachable. I don't like speaking in front of classes but never was I afraid to contribute in class. Would totally recommend his classes!

I had him for History 331 and History 361. By far the most hard working, caring, and down to earth professor I've had or probably ever will have. I don't think the 350 characters given are enough to describe how amazing a person Dr. C is. If you have the oppurtunitty to take a class with him, please do it will change your life!

I love Mr. Cyvornek. Great mind, and he loves baseball. Incredibly helpful and easy to talk to one on one. I took him for american democracy two years ago and I always stop and chat. Incredibly kind.

Amazing professor, to say the least. Extremely laid back and loves to have chit chats and discussions during class. Also extremely interesting. Doesn't seem like anything in the world could bother him. He makes the course interesting and relatively easy. I didn't even read the book or even open it and I got an A.

He is an awesome professor. Very laid back. Doesn't really write notes on the board. His lectures are a discussion of the assigned textbook readings. Make sure you read the text book! I can without a doubt say that Dr. Cvornyek is the best professor on campus. He cares about his students, gives them the opportunity to freely express their opinions, and above all has a genuine understanding and affection for his subject matter. He also is truly understanding when it comes to having any concerns. He always there to help you.

Great professor. Always willingto help students. Knows what he teaches and is always willing to listen to what students have to say. Still says hi on campus and remembers who you are. Best History teacher here. Not a lot of work in class but a lot of discussion. Would highly recommend taking any of his classess. He's an honestly nice guy.
