Roger is one of the best instructors I have ever had the privilege of learning from. He is always there to help his students and does his best to make sure his lectures are clear and informative. His tests are drawn directly from the lectures so take good notes for sure! A great professor and highly recommended!!!!

I have taken Tate for a number of classes and he is always awesome. You always know where you stand in his class and he lets you know everything you need for the tests. He knows pretty much everything about history and helps his students anyway he can. He truly is a great historian. Also, go to class and take notes and you don't need any text ;-)
