Mr. Lumaban is quite an entertaining professor. He knows the subject he is teaching. He will patiently answer all of your questions {even the annoying questions}and he will he will even quiz you too about the subject. Text book comes in handy when you aren't too sure about a subject. Plus, he's easy on the eyes.

Professor Lumaban very clear and very concise. You know the law and its components and definitions when this class is completed. He is fair and interesting. To be successful, be sure to take good notes and attend all classes. He is accessible and responsive. Not sure whether you need to spend those big bucks on the text, however.
