Comment:

Great professor. One tip is that you need to visit her during office hours for good feedback. What she provides on returned work is a joke. Otherwise exams are fair, and she grades very easily on the final project. I enjoyed the semester, and would definitely recommend her.

Hands down the best professor at CSUN. She will treat your dumb questions the same way your boss will. She is invested in actually teaching students, not the spoon feeding that is pretty much CSUN standard. She really loves and knows the topic. You may not like her tone but its because people have not expected anything real of you yet but she will.

Morgan's class is like no other I have taken. There is no textbook! Instead, she makes you read journal articles! She doesn't even give them to you. She makes you find them yourself. I have never had a teacher make you learn how to learn. They usually just give it to you. First I hated it. At the end, I LOVE what she did for me!!!! TAKE!!!!

AMAZING!!! I thought I knew what I wanted to do in psych, until she started talking. She gave so much information about different careers that I left the class wondering. I never knew there was much I could do in psych! BUT!! She also gave me the tools I needed to figure it out. I owe her a huge debt of gratitude. Thanks, Dr. Morgan! TAKE!!

Took her for a required pre-profession course which was only 4 days. She is very direct and to the point which I found refreshing. Some may find her a bit intimidating because of her directness but I loved it. She offered a lot of info and tips. I'd recommend her and hope to take another course with her.

Dr. Morgan's Human Factors class opened my eyes to new possibilities for my future psychology career goals. She is an fantastic professor who is still passionate about teaching. If you don't like to think, need to be spoon fed through a class, or want an easy A this is not the class for you. She has low BS tolerance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

301 is pretty easy to begin with. Morgan is AWESOME! She is very knowledgeable in the subject matter and the class was very informative, even though I knew a lot of it already. She is a little sarcastic, but has a great attitude and definitely has a passion for educating and Psychology. I can't wait to take her capstone course.

Well, its a credit/no CR class, but Morgan was pretty damn cool for it. She's available during non classtimes to answer questions, and overall has this sort of sarcastic-yet-nice and laid back attitude thats enjoyable to be around. All in all, very helpful and fun professor, I will take her for a real class next semester.

She's great! Makes you think. For lab projects, expect to have to think for yourself. Her routine response when you get stuck is, "I can't wait to see what you come up with!" It used to make me mad, but now, at the end of the class, I get what she was trying to do: Make ME think!

TAKE!!! She keeps it real; she makes us remember why we're psych majors. She says right out that this course is the final exam for the major. She WILL force you to remember all the psych classes you took before this one, especially 320 & 321. Know this stuff & you're fine. Otherwise, study up on it before you take it. But TAKE!!

I have to wonder about the sentiment posted on 2/2. That was the first week of class! Seems kinda early to have formed such a strong (and wrong) opinion, doncha think? Morgan is the kind of prof I wish I had for every class. Of course, if you don't like being challenged to actually use your brain, she's not right for you. NOT an easy A, for sure!

Anybody diss Dr. Morgan must be trippin! She's the best part of CSUN! Sure she's mad about the cuts. Who isn't? She still cares about teaching, tho. She's kind, funny, extremely clear in lecture. You always know what she expects from you. Lab is fuzzy, 'cuz it's supposed to make us think on our own. I was scared at first, but now I got it down!
