Class is somewhat interesting. Take notes, especially when he has "steps" or "lists" and that's basically your exam. just a few tests and lets you use a cheat sheet so it's not bad if you're prepared. overall better than i expected. not that hard of a grader on exams if you write down everything you can.

the web-ct quizzes are the worst...some are actually graded with the wrong answers and he's too lazy to fix it, but besides for that he has a really clear teaching style and it's an easy A.

Super nice guy! Cracks a few jokes here and there. Tests are kind of tricky but if you study the notes a lot you'll do fine. Optional extra credit paper. Extra credit on tests are about random law terms or something about the Stingrays hockey team.

This is a good class and he is really helpful. He puts the notes online and you get to use a note card on your tests. I tests are pretty easy but you still have to study. If you are thinking about law school then I would take this class.

Comment:

Easy, interesting class. He gives you outlines of the notes so you can follow along easily. Encourages discussion. Really into hockey, occasionally creepy, but mostly really nice. Final paper is essentially a book report on a business law-related book. Definitely take this class.

Comment:

Honors Legal Environment of Business is a pretty easy, relaxed, discussion-based class. Attendance, though not required, really helps. As long as the class participates, it stays interesting. Open-book, take-home tests are nice. Dr. Arsenault is a nice guy and means well, but all the hockey talk gets old pretty quickly.

The class, the Honors Legal Environment of Business, is not so hard. We have three tests during the semester and they are all open-book, take-home. The final exam is a paper about a book relating to the legal system. It's not hard at all, and the textbook is not necessary (I've used it only to he me with the tests). It's a pretty decent class.

Class is very easy.Never use the book once.Tests are from the lecture.Posts notes online to print out.You are allowed a notecard to put anything you want to use for tests.Tests are essay tests but if you take notes and write small on the notecard its easy.

Arsenault is the Man. Teaches the material but in a way that makes you want to attend class. Great stories and really honest about tests. Essay tests that you can basically fit all the answers on a notecard. Highly Recommend taking him.

Thought I'd hate it, but I loved this class. Notes are online for us to print, explains things very clearly. No homework assignments only about four exams. All the exams are the same style, you're allowed a note card for the exam, w/writing as small as you wish. If you're a Stingrays fan, you'll get extra credit. No attendance policy. Learned a lot

He's really nice....he's not full of himself, yet he's not a huge dork, he just knows what he's talking about and explains it through entertaining stories. If you go to class and pay attention you'll at the least pass. I'm not the best student and I have a B. Take this class!!!!!!

This class is so easy, the tests are subjective short answer and Arsenaut is really nice. He always lets us out early and doesnt mind canceling class. He makes the class really interesting by applying everything to modern examples of businesses, lawsuits etc. I definately reccomend him for blaw.
