French classes here are small, and she does her best to engage everyone. You know that creepy silent stare around the room. It's whatever though, she's nice and if she can tell no one understands she'll switch to English. A lot of outside reading, but she goes over what's on the exams and papers in class.

She's a very good Proffessor. If you don't understand something she will take time out of her personal day to meet with you. She's a very intelligent individual. She gives an opportunity to rewrite papers in order to receive a better grade & leaves helpful comments as to what she's looking for regarding certain concepts when grading papers.

Susan Blood is super nice and knows a lot about what she teaches. Sometimes her lectures are a little boring, but she gives you the option to talk and express your opinion. I did not fully read or watch any of the booksmovies she had us watch, but showing up and giving your opinion on passages she reads makes her love you. Paperstake homes 3

Professor Blood is very understanding and she talks very clearly. You should not be intimidated by her because she won't put you on the spot to make you look stupid. If you don't know the answer just say so and she'll be fine. She has a lot of patience and she makes you feel comfortable in her class. Very intelligent as well.

Don't believe anything on this board that is not negative. If it were not for Susan Blood, I doubt that I would still be a French major. She is kind and nice to everyone in her class. She goes out of her way to make sure students understand, and she REALLY knows what she is talking about. Definitely take her class!!!
