Hate to be mean but she is a terrible teacher. Beyond her YouTube videos, she has little knowledge of accounting. Whenever asked a question in class her default response was "I will look that up and let you know." She had no concept of tax provisions herself, but expected students to fully master the intricacies of _every_ deduction and credit.

Avoid. Her teaching methodology is like spouting off rules and legal regulations on tax law. Does not answer questions in a understandable manner. Her accent can also make understanding the material difficult.

She is very passionate and dedicated to teaching accounting. I thought I would end up failing the class but I managed to pass with a B+. She's a good teacher, I would recommend her.

Hardest class I have ever taken. Worst teacher I have EVER had. Avoid her. Avoid her. Avoid her. Tests are impossible. I studied so much and did progressively worse on the tests. Terrible class. Stressful. She does NOT help at all.

Hard class, great professor. She offers a lot of tutorials and assignments that you can take as many times as you need to get a good grade, plus two opportunities per quiz (online course). She does a lot to ensure that her students pass.

This class is HARD. The professor and textbook has all sort of videos that are availale for use. She also has weekly disussions on black board if you need her to work out a problem. She is a good professor, that's why I am taking her next semester as well, the course work is just hard.Designate ALOT of time to study for this course.

Not too difficult if you READ the textbook. Her online lectures and notes are very helpful. First exam I got a 68 without the textbook. The remaining exams I read like crazy and scored no lower than a 95 on each exam. Extra credit and dropped grades help A LOT. do these things and you should be fine. I ended with an A in the class

Accounting is not an easy subject. That being said, Professor Crosson is awesome! She's one of the most knowledgeable professors and sets ACG2021 and ACG2071 up for success. Extra credit project at the end of the course allows for error on tests. If you want to gain knowledge to carry into your career, suck it up and take a real business course!

RUN. 4th Semester. 4.0GPA so far. This class DOES NOT test on what it teaches, and introduces TONS of new material on the tests/quizes. I've studied all of her resources and taken notes on all of them for hours. Got to the exams/quizes...barely recognizable. Very frustrating. If you want a C or better, you WILL NOT take this class. Bad Teacher.

this is a tough class, but she goes very fast, HW easy, quizzes I'll say 50/50, exams IMPOSSIBLE, she is arrogant, and you'll hear every time "isn't this exiting?"from her like if you had down syndrome, don't send emails to her is pointless. WARNING: DO NOT TAKE HER unless you've take this class be4, and know something about ACG2071

I took Susan Crosson for both financial and managerial accounting. Got an A in financial, and a B in managerial. You have to work hard in this class, as it is very challenging. She can be annoying because she comes off as arrogant. Tests aren't exactly fair. She teaches the math type problems, and the tests have unfamiliar material. Average class.

Notes only cover about 20-30% of what is actually expected of you on HW/Quizzes. Tests are completely different from in-class problems. I spend a lot of time just trying to figure out the relation between notes and HW/quizzes, while struggling for the highest grade cengage will give me. Shes not terrible, but if there is someone better, take them!!

Class is very difficult. Extra credit project is only worth it if you get all 50 points (you have to buy a $60 book, spend money on printing & easily over 10 hours of work to complete it). I am an A-B student, and I am struggling to get a B- now at the end. You tube videos aren't very helpful since she only does the easiest problems on the videos.

Susan Crosson knows what she's talking about. She goes very fast, but it's an advanced paced course. She comes across as arrogant since she's one of the book's authors, and boasts about her Youtube channel. However, she's a decent teacher, and if you do the work, it's an easy class. Cumulative grading, which makes it easy to get a good grade. Yes!

Professor Crosson is the best teacher I ever had at Santa Fe. I was scared to take this class, but it really isn't that bad. She gives extra credit. The homework is easy point. She has ytube videos and tons of extras to help you learn the material. Take her if you want to pass it the first time. I made a B. Not bad for someone who hates accounting!

Challenging class but not impossible. Crosson is tough but wants her students to do well. Very clear on what is expected, in class, on test and on the project (which is an easy A if you follow directions). I paid no attention through most of the course and ended up needing a 100 on the final to pass. She helped me out and I ended up making a 102.

wow....this class is impossible. Im a great student and really struggling. I can't believe she'd have us do a project that takes like 8 hours in the beginning levels of accounting. NO LIE. THIS CLASS IS VEEERRRYY HARD. Yes, you can find everything online....but jeez... this class is HARD! DO NOT TAKE! YOU WILL REGRET. SHE EXPECTS WAY TOO MUCH!

This was the easiest class I have ever taken. Lectures were online and tests were on campus. You don't even have to watch the lectures! I just studied for about 3 hours before each exam (only 3 of them)and did the weekly homework. It was such an easy A!

Comment:
Sell out hard on the first 2 exams because they get extremely hard after that. The exams are not impossible because they are all multiple choice. The later exams have questions that don't have actual examples to reason from. They are just straight up questions about accounting...its tough.
