It's only mid-term, but I love her. She can be snarky to some, but in general she is nice. She is strict and expects you to be in class and especially on time. I believe that she wants everyone to succeed. Her Indian accent makes it hard to understand her at times. I think her strictness has helped me attain the grade that I have so far

Worst teacher I have ever had. I never have failed a class in my life and this may be my first. She is very sarcastic and when asking for help. I done all the reading done everything I had to do and asked for help. She even made a student cry, who just wanted help. She may curve grades. Lab is easy to memorize. Lecture is confusing.

Okay, to be fair, she's pretty nice. She's been teacher forever so she knows what she's talking about. But she has a very heavy Indian accent so be ready to teach yourself everything... A&P is HARD, I ended up withdrawing from the class because I was not confident with what I had learned, which seemed like nothing.

I took this class on a Saturday this semester (Spring 2018). It is a lot of material. She uses an in class tutor who is amazing and she gives bonus sections to every test. Wiley Plus was an invaluable resource for her lecture exams. She curves to help the lowest students by using analysis of her tests. I loved her.

Mrs. Kittappa is easily distracted during lecture, meaning she often goes off on long tangents that waste class time and then she tries to rush through the actual course materials. She is also extremely forgetful and does not follow the schedule laid out in the syllabus. And I'm saying this as someone who is getting an A in her class.

Professor Kittappa, is very old fashion, she expects you to respect her and her class, hard to understand her at times but she is awesome. She is very generous with grading, attendance and participation are very important. I took A&P I with her ,the material is a lot ,hard and you need to put your time in. She is always willing to work with you.

Professor Kittappa is ok. She gives out study guides and if you just follow that, you can get a solid C at best. You really have to go above and beyond on her lecture exams. On her lab exams, she gives you pictures mainly to study but sometimes on the test they look different so it gets confusing. She does not use D2L at all.

A&P is used as a "weeding out" course so no matter who you have it will be difficult. Prof Kittappa will help you where you need, but you have to show her you're putting in effort. I had the evening class & it's fast paced. My GPA is 3.86 & I rec'd a B in her class. Pay attention in lecture & use her study guides. Lecture tests are multiple choice.

I took the evening class. Rarely lets out early maybe 15-20 on lecture nights. Lab can be used to your advantage, if she gives you the chance to leave, stay, she will help you tremendously. Will respect you if you show it to her. Blunt, straight forward teaching, fast pace and slightly confusing at times but she will do anything to help you.

Really awesome professor. Always willing to give help if needed. Always curves grades on wirtten exams. Makes you work hard for your grade but really loves what she teaches. I wish she was teaching A&P 2 in the evenings this semester!

This professor makes you work for your grade. The workload is heavy and if you do not study, you will not pass. Lectures are long as well. Over all, she is not a bad teacher, but the class can feel overwhelming.

Mrs. Kittappa is tough, but fair. My only complaint about her lectures is that she often rushes through the end of them and I am left feeling like we didn't cover everything thoroughly. Lecture exams are 100 question multiple choice test, but lab exams are an absolute bear for very few points. Reading and memorization are big.

This Professor makes sure you are prepared and wants to challenge your participation in class by making sure you are involved. She goes over notes in presentation quickly because you were supposed to read the chapters for homework. She helps you with one on one if you ask for help and goes over test questions before the quiz.

Her class was a lot of work , but taking a class with Kittappa is well worth it. I learned a lot and she always returned any respect or effort given. She doesn't dumb down her subject, which I found refreshing seeing as how many community college profs do. I highly recommend her if you are ready and willing to learn. Be prepared to work for an A

This will probably be one of the toughest classes you will ever take. Prof gives extra credit, curves the tests, and gives study guides but people still fail out. Prof genuinely cares about students and wants people to succeed. Follow the study guides, read the book, and use the online ORION stuff and you will be fine.

She's an easy grader. Her curves her tests 10 points or more, bumping you up a letter grade or two. She gives study guides. If your final grade is 88 or 89, and she sees that you're trying, she'll bump it up to an A. That goes for all of the other letter grades. Her lectures are boring, but if you need any help, she's great one-on-one.

Professor Kittappa wants her students to succeed. She curves her lecture exams and gives study guides well in advance and even goes over them in class. Her lectures can be a bit boring, she goes over power-points that are verbatim from textbook. You will not be able to keep up with note taking so just highlight the book. Class is HARD but she helps

Mrs. Kittappa is great! She seems rigid in the beginning. However she is very nice if you are putting in the work. She does seems to genuinely care about her students. I would take A&P II with her next semester if it worked for my schedule.
