Anne-Marie is a great prof to take French from. She is extremely helpful with students who don't understand things, and she wants to make sure everyone is learning. She is also really entertaining and makes class a lot of fun with her different stories and comments about life. I loved having Mme. Gronhovd as a professor!

Nice person but horrible prof! She taught me nothing! I learned more in my high school french class than I did in hers! All we did was correct homework and she did no teaching!

Anne-Marie is fiery and French. She can be dramatic and passionate, and you have to realize that. She doesn't give a ton of work, so she expects the work you do to be done well, and have lots of thought behind it, it's efficient learning and teaching. She is hilarious, and WANTS you to discuss, disagree, observe, have fun! Great woman and teacher.

Madame is great! She's very funny (can even bee too loud or laugh TOO much) and is very understanding about confusing things - since she's had to learn English. Do all of the homework, as you go over all of it in class, and be sure to ask questions! Her tests aren't bad but you learn a lot. She's big on grammar though, so be sure to study up!
