Ann is honestly a wonderful prof! There are times she can be difficult to talk to, but in the sense of small talk really. She gives great feedback and does hope for all students to work hard! She is monotone but pay attention to the things she says because they're so important. P.s I'm not stating the course code so it's just a regular class

I went to Dr. Wilson with an academic problem, expecting a negative outcome and she astounded me with her approachability and understanding! I haven't taken one of her classes, but she was very helpful and friendly to me, I will likely go to her for advice in the future. What a nice lady.

The anti-Ann brigade are out of their minds. She is the single best instructor I have had in my entire JK-university academic career. You have to get past the initial intimidation. The tangents are famous but they give her teaching its special quality. She has a wonderful dry sense of humour, but also a heart of gold if you get to know her.

Intellectually HAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWT! Sure, sometimes you need to slide with her along her tangents... they eventually circle around something really fabulous. Chillax. It'll happen. I always found her marking fair (maybe even a bit inflated at times, but I'm not complaining) if you read the assignment carefully. Ann, YOU KICK ASS! ps. cats rock

I think she's hilarious. And she has always been quite helpful when called upon to be. She has a terrific wry, self-effacing sense of humour and a real dedication to her field of research. Don't believe the rumours: she now bristles if her cats are mentioned.

Wilson's class is so monontonous. She is so repetitive and her sense of humour is as funny as nails on a chalkboard. This woman gives stupid assignments, like a close reading assignment on a passage that is about 5 lines. Unpleasant on the ears and the eyes.

The texts in the course were interesting enough, but rely on the TA's to get to any really interesting meaning. Ann was unapproachable, cold-hearted, and ignorant of the student's needs. You get the impression she is merely there for the paycheck. She fails to have an understanding of this generation of student.

Mrs.Wilson may go on her tangents of example after example but in the end she makes everything seem clear. Fair marker. And if you have an early class with her she'll keep you awake because of her jokes (a bit lame sometimes, but still pretty funny).
