Dr. Romanoff is awesome! She is incredibly helpful and will talk you through anything until you understand it. She models everything she expects you to do and will clarify and explain anything that you ask. She is scatterbrained because she is constantly helping others, teaching teachers and children in the current system.

She can't stay on task, and ends up just giving you answers to the quizzes since she never gets around to teaching the material. The answers she gives you almost never match up to the power point notes or the textbook material. The key to her quizzes is to memorize what she tells you is the answer instead of reading or actually learning something

Dr. Romenoff is awesome. She has a lot of personal stories to share and typically gives a study guide for the quiz (which basically IS the quiz.) If more than 50% of the class misses a question, she drops it. I haven't made less than 100% on the quizzes and I've studied maybe once.

It is almost impossible not to get an A in this class. She is a very easy grader on class projects and gives you the answers to the quizzes and tests on study guides a week in advance. All you have to do is study the study guides and you will pass with an easy A. I would definitely recommend her.

If your looking for a class with easy tests take her. She gives you a "study guide" which is the exact test. Find a group and split the study guide. She grades super easy on papers too. Take her at night and you get to leave immediately after the tests rather than having class for two hours and then take the test like some professors.

Don't let people freak you out about Romanoff... her class is really easy although she is unorganized. She gives you lots of points to up your grade as long as you try and all you really have to do is the study guide she gives you a week before the test... memorize that and you got yourself an A. Her tests come straight from the study guides!

Super nice lady - but very disorganized. This class is really easy if you memorize the study guide completely (the study guide = the test) She will not return emails or phone calls. Twice I stopped by her office during her hours and she wasn't there. The book is vital for this class!

One of the worst professors I have had at UNCC. The class is easy. She gives you a 150 multiple choice question study guide and all the questions are on the test. All that is great, but sitting in class is torture. She is extremely scatter brained and unorganized. Know study guide and you'll do fine

Her teaching styles are a little unorganized, but you can tell that she loves special education. She gives you the questions for the test a week before the test and as long as you do them you will get an A. All of her other assignments aren't that hard... she's a pretty easy grader.

Does NOT have an effective teaching style. Fills class time talking in circles and has no structure to lesson. Also, for tests gives 150+ questions, which is nothing but memorization and doen't help you actually learn anything-and she's supposed to be training future teachers!!!
