I loved the online classes. Brian is a very fair grader, offers tons of extra credit, and gives great feedback. He genuinely wants you to succeed. Pretty loose on the deadlines as long as you turn in something that you clearly put effort into. Video lectures walk you thought every assignment step by step, but you can still do your own thing.

Saurioul is extremely nice and passionate about his field. He's the kind of professor you want on your side when it comes to questions and concerns about your future in media arts. He gives excellent feedback and just the right amount of motivation. I highly recommend taking his class. Everything he says, you'll take in immediately

Though he can get off topic sometimes and can be a little hard to follow, Brian's demos are awesome and he really knows his stuff. If you don't understand in-class demos, there's a lot of videos to help you.

I've had Brian for 3 classes. About 3 weeks into the first class, I gave serious thought to bouncing his head off of a desk. I'm glad that I didn't. He is a great teacher and will go above and beyond to help students out. I graduate this fall, but I will be coming back to take more of his classes.

Fantastic teacher, one of the best I've ever had. Very lively and lots of fun. He has been known to throw stuffed animals at misbehaving students, which almost always causes the class to burst out in laughter. I agree with the previous comment, VERY helpful, IF you can get him to help you, hes always bouncing around between classroms.
