I took this class in summer 2019 and I can say that this professor I've taken so far. She explains very clearly and offers extra credit to the point where you can not fail! The powerpoints are provided for you in a notebook so don't worry about catching up on notes. 100% recommend her!

She is a decent teacher. Her grading isn't the hardest, but her course was more than boring. For the tests make sure you study but they are not the hardest.

I think she was great. I learned a lot about nutrition from her. Her slides are on DocuShare. She shows you how to get there at the beginning of the year. Beware of everything that she tells you that will be on the test because it will be there. She is an easy A every assignment we did had clear instructions. Best prof. to take for nutrition.

Prof. Vance is the prime example of what all professors should be like and I mean that. I tell all my peers that I wish all professors were like her. Everything is straight forward. She tells you facts, gives you a study guide, and you are tested on those facts. Her class was easy, but I retained the information. Effective methods! Recommended!

This class was very easy. Assignments aren't long and are very easy. Test questions are straight from the lecture slides! Don't need textbook!! Just save the lecture slides. Great 50pt extra credit. Don't procrastinate!

Her lectures are very good and she gives a lot of stories to go along with what she is teaching. She makes her class very interesting and I learned a lot. She does not like when you are on your phone so be careful of that. The book was not used, but I highly recommend buying her lecture notebook.

I don't say this lightly, but this professor is one of the top 2 teachers I've ever had in my life. She is extremely intelligent as well as personable, and it makes each of her classes a joy to be in. I recommend her for all nursing perquisite classes, she teaches most of them. Very clear assignments, lectures in person, test online.

Had the hybrid class. Hybrid class seems a lot easier compared to others. All the tests were online including the final, not cumulative. Assignments were every friday and overall really easy. You only need her notebook fr. bookstore, textbook isn't needed/ wasn't used much. Extra credit is offered. Easy class, would recommend. Show up, take notes.

She is really a great professor. Offer Extra credit she strongly encourages it. She does accepted late work only on graded matoral and extral credt . This class was part onling and part in the classroom. Great proffesor. Learen alot about study tips and money magagement.

I consider myself to be about average as far as IQ goes and it was very easy to pass with an A+ You have 4 exams that make up the bulk of your grade, along with 3 papers and a group project (EASY). Prof also allows 50pts extra credit which is approx 13%! Over the entire semester, I spent maybe 15-20 hours outside of class studying/writing papers
