This guy doesn't seem to undestand that students are there to LEARN. He acts like he's reviewing material that all the students already understand. Breezes through complicated, fundamental, important concepts like they were embarassingly easy to understand, when they aren't. Not saying he isn't a nice guy, just not a good teacher.

Comment:

Best accounting teacher ever, will do anything for you to pass the test. He gives you a review that looks exactly like the test and if you go over that, you should Aced the test. Take him if you want to learn and get a good grade. You have to study for the class and do your home and review sheets for the exams and you should pass with flying colors

He is always in a rush to get through the class so you won't be there long. The hw and attendence is mandatory and can help your grade, but the tests are very difficult and even if you make 100 on the take home part by working with classmates, you will probably still not make an A overall because of all the t/f questions which are tricky.

The first 2 weeks were good. Then it went south from there. Very demanding and if you work full time and have a family, this is not the professor for you. Very demanding class....lots of homework. Regular session maybe....definitely NOT in summer or fast track.

This prof is one of the worst profs I have ever met. He teachs this class as if it were not an accounting class. He doesn't work out many problems on the board. I think he did 5 problem in the entire summer session. Advice: go over the NARRATED power points before class! Also, start the take home test early not the day before the exam.

Like trying to learn accounting from a drill sergeant. His lectures are difficult to follow, and if you ask a question, he berates you instead of giving a real answer. Yells at the class sometimes. Give lost of extra credit because he has to.

If you do the homework, you should be able to pass this class. His tests are part take-home and part in-class. Pretty cool guy.
