Comment:

Expect to come into class and take notes. She understands the subject very well and tends to go over the material quickly. By simply asking question she will clarify what she is saying. As for labs if you feel lost just send her an email and she will give you all of the answers needed for the lab. Over she is a great professor and is always there.

Comment:

One of my favorite teachers. Had to take a lab science and heard Environmental was the easiest which is how I ended up in her class. She made the information interesting and laid it out in a clear way. If she writes something on the board, write it down and study it. She gives study guides and if you actually use them, tests are a breeze.

Professor Cohen, at first I really didn't care for her class, I almost dropped her class, but she was able to help me so much. She is a very helpful and a FAIR grader. You NEED to STUDY HARD, DO A GOOD JOB ON LABS, SHOW UP TO CLASS, she doesn't take attendance, but you really need to be there. ALSO STUDY ALL QUESTIONS AND TERMS ON STUDY GUIDE.

Great teacher who cares about the world. She comes acrossa earthy, crunchy, type but is down to earth and understands what students have to deal with. If you show up and try, you will not fail. Study the practice questions and take notes and you will do great. I got an A and am not a science wiz.

co-dawg is one of the best teachers i have ever had. she is laid back and very easy to talk to. the labs are very fun and i very rarely get bored in class. she doesnt take attendance, only on lab days. she is so nice. best teacher ever!

She is relatively easy for a science professor , if u have to take science, environmental sci is the easiest so take it, be ready to go outdoors hot or cold, attendance is not mandatory only for labs, u better study for her test who accounts 50% of ur grade or u will fail. ps: she is really nice n genuine

Donna Cohen is the best professor that Massbay will ever have!! She knows her material, shes extremely helpful and clear, shes honest, nice and professional. I highly recommend you take her if you can because you will learn a whole lot of stuff and she makes it so you understand the material she is teaching. I loved her classes, shes the best!!!

She is a Genuinely nice person, she gives off a warm vibe, and it seems like she is very into what her students think, and most of all she is very intelligent at the same time. Her lectures keep you interested because she is very clear about what she is trying to get accross. Her views are very liberal and relative, and she makes the class seem much more interesting.
