Ed Westbrook is one of the best professors I've ever had. He requires a lot from his students and likes those who put effort into their assignments. He blind grades the mid-term and final as to not show favoritism, so you are graded solely on your work and not on whether you think he likes you or not.

Ed Westbrook is the greatest teacher to ever come to Vanguard. He cares so much for his students, but demands the best from them. True believer that the cream rises to the top, so he will challenge you because he wants to unlock your fullest potential. Has the largest network of connections and is happy to help you find a job after college.

He was a horrible professor. He pulled me aside after class and chewed me out. He was not clear on his assignments and constantly played favorites. One bad grade and you will be on his bad side... Worst professor yet!

Great Professor. This Ethical Reasoning class was very useful and applicable. Homework was writing four, 4 pg essays throughout the semester. This Prof has great connections too. So I encourage you to get to know him! Really nice easy going personality. Most of grade comes purely from attendance

Took Ethical Business Reasoning from him. Great class. He didn't make us use a textbook, just read pertaining info online. Very strict...kicks kids out of class who don't read. Easy grader as long as you do the work. Nice guy...easy to get a hold of.

As some others correctly commented, Westbrook does play favorites, and although I was never in that inner circle, I found that my chances to succeed in his class were not discredited. I learned quite a bit, and found his classes to be interesting and relevant. It looks from the comments as if you either love him or hate him-my experience was good

Prof Westbrook was the only professor that took the time to help me when I had no clue what do. He challenged me in a way no other professor did and it made me work so much harder in school. He inspired me to do better and strive for something better. Thanks Professor Westbrook!
