Falco is a really cool, relaxed professor who knows how to engage his students with the important parts of the course material without wasting time. The class is structured around in class discussions, activities and group projects rather than lectures so the class was never boring. Falco is a good connection to have if you want an SU job too.

If you're not taking Falco, you're doing LEAD wrong, he's one of the best teachers at UCF. A lot of big campus organizations have come out of taking his class because he doesn't place too much importance on book work. He wants you to get involved and learn from experience; go out there and do it rather than memorize passages.

Had Falco for LEAD. While the class itself may not be difficult, Falco gives you a lot to think about (in a positive manner) and can be a great resource to you when it comes to getting a job on campus, getting involved on campus, and overall, making your UCF experience that much better. TAKE THIS MAN!

Falco is extremely easy, but also does open your eyes with his material. Leadership studies itself wasn't too interesting, but Falco kept the class entertaining by implementing good exercises. Grade dependent on participation, service project, small papers, and midterm/final. Highly recommend for a good grade and good professor.

Falco is a really nice, makes class easy and if you have good mentors even better! On midterm I got a 103% and then the final was a group project. No homework, no readings from book. I definitely recommend him!

AMAZING teacher! Extremely easy and really nice. Overall, it was a great learning environment and was loose enough where you didn't need to worry about grades because whatever you submitted you'd probably get an 'A' allowing you to actually focus on the material. FALCO PUNCH!!!!!

He is awesome. Had him for LEAD and it was extremely easy. No book use, 1 group service project, one big writing assignment at end. Silly 5 question midterm and a "tell me what you liked about the class final". He's so nice and awesome! Definitely Recommend!

Falco is a great teacher. I took him for LEAD and he gives us practice in public speaking and we did mock interviews. We learned USEFUL information about interviews, resumes, etc. A couple of easy assignments and the final was going to breakfast with everyone during class time. Take him if you get the chance!

Falco is awesome! Very easy class and he is more than willing to help whenever he can. He's funny and makes class very laid back. Lots of group activities but they're fun and very easy. Exams are all quite painless and there's extra credit. Papers and speaking activities very easy. Don't be nervous. TAKE HIM IF YOU GET A CHANCE!

Professor Falco is possibily the best professor on campus, he knows how stressful college can get and is willing to work with you. I highly recommend him, I had him for Lead scholars and wish he taught another class, I'd take him again no questions asked!

Falco is such a great professor. His class really helped me to be more confortable speaking in front of others. He is very helpful, so you won't get nervous in front of the class. I enjoyed the mock interview, it helped me know what to expect in a real interview.
