She did have a lot of readings, but I was able to stop reading them halfway through the course and ended up with an 86. She gives you ready-made study guides and tells you exactly how to do well on assignments. She really knows her stuff and is not afraid to state her findings (even when it goes against the status quo, hence some ppl's resentment)

Silly amounts of reading. She thinks that students only take her class and nothing else. The only way you could get through all the course work and readings is to devote at least 10 hours per day to this class. Looked like such an interesting course, but turned out to be a nightmare.

ridiculous expectations of students...courseload will take over your life. do NOT take a class with this prof unless you would like to spend every waking minute of your life reading. not to mention exams are absurdly specific and tedious
