I was really disappointed in this class. I have walked out of this class learning nothing. She's a really nice lady but she didn't teach. I got an A. She gives you all the notes (which is your study guide) at the beginning of the semester and she just reads from them. Don't buy the book.

I really didn't learn much from the class. Every class meeting is a movie, we NEVER learned a thing from the book except when doing study guide questions. BTW, that IS the test.If you genuinely want to learn something about the life cycles of psychology, try another teacher. Easy though!

I completely agree with the person 2 comments below me. She was nice, and the class work is easy, but she can't teach for SH*T! Her lectures were so mundane I couldn't bare sitting through them past the first week of the semester. and her COMMUNICATION SKILLS are horrible. she is so quiet even when asked to be louder.honestlydontknowhowshegotaPHD!

Really nice teacher. However her class felt like a giant review of general psych. DO NOT BUY THE TEXTBOOK!! U dont use it at all. All you need to buy is the virtual child which you use all semester. The study guide IS the test. Extremely easy class,you need t show up though because you wont know when she'll play a video that u need to take notes on

Don't take her psych class if you want to learn anything. You can tell she's a very educated woman, but she spends a lot of the class talking about herself and her PhD. Very easy class, offers so much extra credit that it's almost impossible not to pass. Her intentions are good but I thnk she should stick to clinical psychology and not teaching.

Could not ask for an easier class. She gives you a website to study off of, and she gets half of her test questions from that site!! Offers sooo much extra credit its ridiculous, I didnt even have to take the final! She is a great teacher! Read the textbook and practice online before exams and you'll do finee!!!

she told a lot of stories.. most of them she repeated over again unknowingly. she gives a lot of extra credit! my grade was over 100%. if you do the class excercises and take the exams you will do fine. taking online practice tests and quizzes helps alot since they are included in her exams.. word for word! shes pretty nice and helps you

I took her child psych class and hated it. She spent the majority of the time talking about herself and her work... BORING! You might as well take it online. The tests are directly from the notes, no use of books, videos in class barely relating to subject to take notes on. Take ONLINE!

She ruined what could've been my most interesting class. Her lectures were comprised of biographical stories that held no relevance in the class. Our final paper's grading criteria changed on multiple occasions, resulting in many students performing poorly in the class. Her class completely worthless and made me consider changing my major.

I didn't learn a darn thing! The whole class was based on 100pts not much room for error. She changed her mind about our paper (worth 1/2 grade) every other week. Videos and lectures were worthless. Her grading was subjective to her moods. The last day she gave us our papers back; most people were failing and upset. Take at your at your own risk!

She's a very nice person, but it's hard to sit through her class sometimes. I'm planning on majoring in psychology, but this class didn't really help me. It's mandatory to sit in the front part of the class in order to hear her. You watch a lot of videos. Make sure you read the chapters

I TOOK HER FOR MY PSY 101 & PSY 145...SHE IS A VERY NICE LADY. SHE WANTS HER STUDENTS TO UNDERSTAND THE MATERIAL....BUT SHE DOES JUMP FROM POINT TO POINT AND SHE SOMETIMES DOESNT MAKE SENSE. SHE IS AN OK TEACHER...BUT SHE GIVES YOU CHAPTER OUTLINES AND THEY ARE VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND, READ THEM AND THE CHAPTERS AND ITS AND EASY A!!!

LECTURES WERE ThE BEST. SHES MY FAVORITE TEACHER I'M GOIGN TO TAKE HR CLASS AGAIN. She has so many neat stories its interesting, it made me consider majoring in Psychology. You dont need to show up to class, just study the study guide the whole test is based off that, understand the keywords, and it's an easy A class. Every test is multiple choice.

The class is an easy class as long as you read the book, write your life story paper (worth half of the points) and go to every class because she gives out participation points. The tests were easy and she doesn't teaches unless you consider popping in a movie every week teaching. Watching those movies were painful but at least I got an "A".

She was ok, you have to make sure you get to class on time. I told her on the first day of class I might me late, due to having a p.e class before to change, she still gave me tardies. Her tests are ok, just study everything she says and her study guide lines she gives.
