I love J-RO! She is truly an amazing individual - I have never met anyone quite like her. Even though it's easy to poke fun at some of her "out there exercises" Lying on our backs breathing - sounding almost erotic, or Alba Emoting and Crying and laughing or Bending over and breathing through our ****s - these exercises most definitely help the actor care for their instruments! I love Janet!
