I took csci 301 with her which was my best decision. She tries her best to explain everything. Will definitely take a class with her again. Students must give full attention to her lecture. Helpful and interesting projects that give more knowledge to the student. Helps a lot to the student and tries her best. Thank you prof.

Comment:

She initially presented herself as very organized, however as the semester rolled on, I realized she teaches from her per-concocted notes, which come directly from the textbook. Doesn't answer students questions completely, sometimes due to her not understanding them. Tests can prove annoying, "average" score after feeling confident about it.

She is a fairly good professor, though it takes some time to get used to her "Engrish". I'm very good with computers, and the material in came to me quite easily. You could say that she gives too much extra credit -- she gave 20/15 for labs finished ON TIME. Attendance is mandatory, though I just used my laptop in class without issue.

I took this class bc I read that she was a good teacher. I never saw her once. She had 2 foreign people teaching. The one took papers(could speak raher well) and the other taught (couldn't understand a word!). I stopped going to class bc of it. I read the book and barely got by. I hated this class.

Awesome professor, if you have interest in the subject you will learn a lot. Her exams are mostly programs and she is a very good grader. The class is a lot of work but that is the requirment from the department . Very helpful if you go to her office and ask questions , she gives time and will show genuine interest in explaining you .

She is a very helpful teacher, but is slightly hard to understand. The labs help with the class and are generally very simple examples. The note sheet on the tests is great too, but you probably won't need it.

Fun accent. Uses powerpoint slides (that are on D2L for studying later), so she's easy to follow along with even if her english isn't too clear. Lets you have a full sheet of notes on tests. Class isn't too difficult. She's very helpful if you have questions. I would recommend her to others.

She didn't speak English fluently but she gave a very systematic and clear slides and if you encounter some problems just ask her, she would be willing to help you. Labs were very helpful. If you do the projects, I'm sure you can do well in the quizzes and tests. The best thing was you can bring an info sheet for the tests.

Projects are usually easy, but if you get stumped, email her or go to her office and she'll help you figure it out. Exams are alright if you go to class everyday, but that can be difficult because the lectures are quite boring. Also, she had no lab this semester.
