This professor is a joke. He does not follow the syllabus at all. He hands out so much extra credit that this class can become an A. He sends you notes but they have NOTHING to do with the test. He claims there was 5 tests but he is only giving us 2 and EVERYONE in my class made an F. But he allows you to take the test twice online.

Teacher's a joke! U teach yourself. He wastes your time in class typing notes & making you read them as he types. He gives out more extra credit pts than you can earn doing HW/tests. He is more concerned w/his religion than teaching. He made changes to OUR mtg times w/o authorization & frequently misses class 4 his religious events. DO NOT TAKE!!

EASIEST professor you will ever have. You can fail every test and still pass the class. He gives out over 300 points just in extra credit. He is not a good teacher so if you want to learn govt. don't take him, but def. an easy A for an elective or required class. Def. GPA booster.

Prof. Elac is def. the worst prof. ever BUT TAKE HIS CLASS! All I did was show up for every test. I did one out of like, 5 assignments. I missed about 10 days and I did MAYBE 4 or 5 EC assignments. I made a B+. He has no idea what he's doing. Talk to him about Marc Anthony or laps at the HWC pool and he'll love you forever. Good Stuff.

Let me break it down. SUPER EASY and TONS OF EXTRA CREDIT. Forget about the test, just do the extra credit in the beginning of the year. Each extra credit paper is worth about 8% added to your grade!, there is even one worth 25%...and it's the easiest paper you've ever written. Take this class for an A, change that schedule if you have to!

Easiest class I have ever taken. You dont even have to really study for the test, just study the extra questions and bonus points. I went from a 74 on the test to a 106 cause of extra credit. Easy A!!!

God this guy is soooo easy. The easiest class ever.. I had him at VCC and me and my friends still talk about his class.. He is hilarously geeky but still kinda cool. Dont go to class. go for the review(which is the test given to you)and lets you do as many ex-credit assignemnts as you want.TAKE HIM.DONT TAKE ANYONE ELSE..MOVE YOUR SCHELDUE AROUND!

easy teacher, so interesting. Tests are really hard but there are extra credit assignments every week and hes hysterical. I loved this class and i deff. recommend this class that needs to bring up their GPA! (He looks like the dad from american pie and acts like him too..he also has an obsession to the latino culture!)

Easiest class you will ever take. You can practically fail every test and still get an A because he gives extra credit every single class. There is also one extra credit assignment that you can do instead of a test. He makes corny jokes all class and if you want a good professor and an A definitely take this class.

Youre a dumb@$$ if you don't get an A. Do extra credit..dont worry about PASSING tests..He says attendance matters, but after a month it doesnt. You wont learn more then you did in HS, but you'll get an A if you extra credit...(EC given 2-3 times a WEEK the whole semester, i promise!)
