Not only is she great at teaching the material, but she's even willing to help out when you ask via email or in person. She's take the time out of her day to help whoever needs it. The material is easy to understand, and the book used actually holds nice information you can use for other classes in the Psychology department.

Prof Gerbasi is awesome. She is really nice and laid back and is willing to help you get a good grade. The work isnt very hard at all for the level 100 classes. Im taking another psy class with her this semester so lets hope shes the same lol. She is a little weird but it keeps the class fun.

Dr. Gerbasi is one of the great talents in the psychological field. Homework she gives is fair and she really knows what she is talking about. Other than that, she's super friendly and will help you out!! Get talking to her and she'll take care of you! Wonderful class, don't miss this chance to take her if you're on the fence!!

Dr. Gerbasi is one of the best professors at NCCC! She has been a phenomenal help throughout my entire academic career, and I don't know where I'd be if I hadn't taken her class. If you're thinking about taking Intro to Psych, take it with her! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and she also really cares about her students. Exceptional experience.

Didn't like her at first but then she really grew on me and I loved her! She makes it very easy to get a good grade if you do all the extra credit! I came in thinking I was going to fail and I received an A! I would take another class with her she is very helpful. You must study & read the book though! Lots of take home quizzes & even tests.

Great professor. Posts the notes on Angel so unless you really think you need it, don't bother buying the textbook. Assignments are fairly simple and take home quizzes are cake and great to study for tests with. Very helpful, a little out there but makes class interesting. Definitely recommend her.

Give her a chance :), she may come off as boring and tough at first, but she will grow on you. Is very helpful, gives tons of extra credit, just listen in class and do the homework - it's an easy A, if you're actually motivated to get it. Would take another class with her

At fist reading the syllabus I was terrified to take her class!! Turned out to be an interesting and fun class. She's funny and really nice when you get to know her. Not an easy class. Show up pay attention study for your tests and don't text. Very nice professor, glad I had here. Learned a lot!

She is very nice and helpful, but the way she teaches is very boring. When talking it is hard to make out what her main point is, and when she asks the class a question you never know what she wants from you. Prepare to learn by yourself a lot via reading out book, a lot, you can't pass her class by just listening

AWESOME! Reading the syllabus i thought she would be a b*tch and was worried but she is a GREAT professor. got a 94 on my first test!!! she posts all her power point notes on angel and if u study those, its like clearly impossible to fail! also totally helpful - asked for research assistance for a different class assignment, she was great!

I really like her, she is very smart and sometimes hard to understand, but it's an easy A if you study for the tests. Very little homework but make sure you do it all, she doesnt sympathize lateness. Also make sure you come to class, you lose points! Awesome professor, always available to help if you need it.
