Comment:
EM108 is the new course code for EM102. Wohl is a great guy, and extremely smart. Despite this his lectures span the entire period, class is never cancelled, and he never finishes early. Skipping will only hurt you, he's been teaching so long that regardless of the textbook some things come straight from his notes. Final was very hard.

Larry Wohl is a great professor! His deep knowledge and great lecture style was the reason that his classes were my favorite ones. I really do like the subject (econ) he is teaching wich might make be subjective, but he do make the subject more fun. Larry Wohl is inspirational, knowledgeable and funny. A+ for Larry Wohl!

Larry Wohl is a great lecturer that really knows what he is doing. It was my favorite class to attend just because of his inspiring teaching style and knowledge. He does everything on the whiteboard, so if you're not attending class you will most likely miss out. He is very passionated about his subject, humble and funny. A+ for Larry Wohl

Larry is very passionate about the topics he teaches, but his teaching skill is very difficult. It was super hard to keep up with what he was lecturing about (all his classes are lecture based) especially if you don't have any econ background. His test/quizzes are very difficult. He gives out study guides but the questions are very different.

Really enjoyed Microecon with him. He's extremely brilliant, knowledgeable and is willing to help his students to succeed. You kind of have to read the book for the details because he mostly gave out practical examples during lectures, which I found was awesome. Tests are very very hard, but are doable as long as you study the material to the core

Hard prof, you need to 'think like an economist' ie think like him, to get a good grade. He is an old-school professor who believes that Cs should be the most common grade and As are for only 1-2 students.

This man was on my daily hate list almost every day. His lectures are all stories about him and he is very very unclear about what he expects for the exams.

His class is difficult and he is very hard to understand. His grading system is ridiculous but I still passed with a good grade. I would not take another class from him, I don't think I learned anything.

One of the best profs I've ever had. Many people whine because he makes you work, but the benefits of his high expectations are worth it! Looking back, you realize how much more you learned from him than you did from anyone else, and that's what counts!
