Honestly really confusing most of the time. Her office hours are extremely unhelpful and sound scripted. The positive is that she is a very sweet person. She is very knowledgeable about the subject, but if it doesn't come naturally to you, you are pretty screwed.

Comment:

She is the sweetest lady. She really cares about her students and tries her best to make sure everyone understands the material. The course itself is hard but she wants everyone to do well- she grades very fairly and even gives partial credit on exams. I would definitely take her if you can!

Professor Willett is a great professor, highly recommend for GB112 Though the course is difficult by design, Professor Willett is quite reasonable with partial credit on exams, grades fairly on the group project, and is all around a great person.

Tough class but she makes it bearable. Dry lectures but a really nice woman who gives fair tests and grades decently easy on them. Only collects 4 homework assignments. Retiring soon so I guess this doesn't really matter, but a good experience nonetheless.

Absolutely incredible woman. I honestly wanted to just put this rating in because of how good she is, I think she is retiring so sorry but, shes so great. Really hard class, but she made it so much better. Best GB112 prof out there

Great teacher, hard class (if you've never learned accounting). She explains the material clearly and understandably. Doesn't go off on tangents. I did poorly in the beginning of the semester due to not understanding the material/concepts. Once it clicked for me I did very well, but my earlier grades were what dragged my final grade down so badly.

I love Willett. I've taken her for GB112 and GB212. I'm far from being an accountant but she made me sort of care about what I had to learn. She's very clear about the topics and is easy to understand although she does talk quickly sometimes. She is very helpful during office hours as well. Take her!

GB112 is a super hard course overall, but if you are interested in Accounting and Finance, it's likely you'll find the course to be engaging and relevant. Prof. Willett is one of the best GB112 teachers there is, but she is also a very hard grader. Very willing to help if you go to her office hours.

WARNING! Do not take this professor for AF450!! There is a required book that this professor wrote which costs $350 you can't buy anywhere except new at the book store. The other professor for this course has no required book and no tests. Oh yeah, her tests are REALLY HARD.

This course/professor was confusing. Everyone had no idea what was going on and how we were being graded. Avoid if you can. Oh yeah, you have to buy a +$300 textbook that is only full of Harvard business school cases. What a waste........

Willet is an excellent GB212 Professor! Highly recommend! Even if you're not good at accounting she explains the material so well it's impossible not to understand!! I got a 1.7 in 112 and decided not to retake it and got Willet and I will finish with a 3.0 this semester. 212 is easier for me because it involved a lot of math. Tests are on easier side.

Professor Willett was a great teacher. She really knows what she's talking about. She never cold calls in class. She grades tests fairly but graded the final project pretty tough (class average was an 84). Always willing to help if you go to office hours. I would recommend taking her for GB112!

Prof. Willett was my favorite professor during my first semester at Bentley. She is crystal-clear in presenting the material ( that can be sometimes tough). GB 112 is mandatory your first semester and can be boring if you are not into accounting or finance, but she does her best to keep you awake. She has ample amount of experience in this field.
