When lab is harder than the actual class, you know something is up. She rambles for like a millenium about the topic and then gives you the last 20 min of class to do the whole lab. Ridiculous, I thought I'd fail. If you can avoid her for lab, go ahead. I hear she's a better prof than a lab instructor, take that with a grain of salt.

This class was a hybrid class and was the most boring class I have ever taken. The course starts off really easy. It gets much tougher like when learning about genetics. It is very hard to stay awake in the class and the only reason I went was for clicker points. All assignments are online and are really hard in the end. She curved my class.

Homeworks are all quizzes. She teaches this class like its not for a gen ed. She is very monotoned and often puts the whole class to sleep. Says you need a next book but I never opened it once. Grades you on stuff not even related to the course sometimes.

If you think this class is going to be easy because every assignment is online, think again. You really won't find any of the outside source useful and will be heavily relying on her notes that Google. She really doesn't teach much so get ready to learn the material by yourself. Also, the amount of assignments she gives you is just ridiculous.

The worst professor you can have. She makes the class unnecessarily very hard. Everything is online (homework, quiz, and assignments). She locks all the answers, meaning you can't know what you got wrong. Then you have to take the quiz, which is timed. Basically, you don't know what you learned or not from her class, unless you have 100%. Worthless

I made an account just to write her a review. She is hands down the sweetest, most caring woman I have ever had as a teacher. She really wants to see you do well and she has a big heart. Biology is not exactly my strength but she works with you and understands the difficulty of the subject. If you need a biology class, take her!!!!!

You will need an I clicker if you take her class. If you plan on using the Clicker app go for it. Awesome lectures, they're never boring. The videos we watch are pretty cool at times. Class meets once a week, work is online. As long as you copy all the hwk assign. you'll pass, use them as guide to take quiz and test. it helps and make work easy.

A great example of how universities make money. This teacher throws everything against the wall and sees what sticks and the answer is just about nothing except tuition for PSU. A complete joke of a class but it's required. Oh I forgot I'm in college.
