Loved professor Dinger! She is so funny and makes lectures interesting. There are only 5-6 homework assignments the entire semester and the tests are SO easy. I definitely recommend this class with her its probably the best speech class you could take

Professor Dinger is amazing! I have a lot of anxiety, especially about taking a speech class. She makes everyone feel super comfortable and is very funny. You only have to share out loud twice during the whole semester and its like a 15 second share, you can do it from your seat. Very easy class if you follow directions and pay attention.

Professor Dinger is by far by favorite professor I've ever had at Saddleback. Frequently I leave her class still laughing over one of her jokes. She is hilarious. While she makes lectures quite amusing and fun, I've also learnt a great deal in her class. She has made me more comfortable with public speaking. I recommend her class to everyone!

I thought I was going to hate this class but it was really easy! It was the most well-organized class I've ever taken- all the assignments and tests were clearly laid out at the beginning. We were allowed to miss 2 classes with no penalty, and then after that you lose points. Prof. Dinger provided study guides, and she was very kind and caring.

Professor Dinger is incredibly passionate about communication and a great teacher. The class is not difficult and you'll really learn how to communicate better in your interpersonal relationships. There's a total of 6 homework's and 2 shares (talking out loud to the class). You don't need to buy the text book but you do need the workbook. EASY A!

Professor Dinger is a great teacher and a very nice person. I really didn't want to take this class because of the speaking but she made it easier to get through. You have 4-5 minor speeches and 2 major ones. As long as you put in the effort and practice a little, you'll get an A. Don't buy the textbook or leave the shrinkwrap on so you can return!

Great class and super easy to get an A if you work at it. She can get very repetitive sometimes, but her lectures are not long and are useful. She gives great examples to relate to us. Sometimes I wish more professors were like her.

Ms. Dinger is pretty hilarious and have lots of energy. You won't get bored of her class which is pretty easy if you follow along the syllabus. There are 2 minor speeches that's like 5 mins long and the exams are based on the study guide provided. Easy A if you do all the work.

Great teacher. Does not like to give lectures, so she keeps them short. 4 or 5 minor speeches (5 minutes each) and 2 major speeches (7-9 min each). Very easy A. Do the work and you will pass with no less than a B. LOTS of extra credit available. DONT MISS CLASS. Good teacher for students who have anxiety about speeches. Would take again.

Take this class with a friend- participation is required, and you talk in groups. Three quizzes, no final, five homework assignments 20 points each but are pretty easy if you follow her directions. two shares about your life experiences that relate to the topic discussed the class before, but you talk from your seat and don't have to look at anyone

Extremely interesting material. Prof. Dinger does a great job presenting everything. Attendance is not mandatory but tests come almost entirely from lecture material - plus you get extra credit if you don't miss a class. Homework can be time consuming, but it's not hard. Definitely recommend Dinger's class for anyone who needs the golden 4 reqs

4 or 5 minor speeches a couple mins long that you basically get full credit for just for doing. some are group speeches too. 2 major speeches about 8 mins. attendance is mandatory! a few extra credit opportunities. if you miss 1 class you have to take a midterm. no final. hard not to get an A or B.

Best teacher i've ever had. She's really fun and she has a lot of personality. "Shares" are easy because you get to sit at your desk. As long as you do your homework and study like you would any other class than you'll get an A

She is definitely one of the worst teachers that I had in college. She hates answering any of your questions.if you miss even one session of class even if you had an excuse, she's gonna treat you really bad. She grades the minor speeches easy but when it comes to the major ones she is really picky. Overall I don't recommend her speech1 class..
