sadly she is not at Fontbonne anymore. Brooke was my favorite teacher, she made her students work hard and didn't take crap. Actually need to do the reading and study for tests--imagine that. For those complaining that her papers were too hard and not clear enough, you should have talked to her about them. She is more than willing to help students

It's not as hard as some people claim. Someone in my class complained about having to spend 4 hours on a research paper. 4 hours? C'mon. She's excited about what she teaches, often does outside research for class, and yes, requires hard work. But hey, I figure, we're big kids- we should be doing hard work. Why else would I pay 20 grand a year?

She is HORRIBLE! Her requests for papers are unclear, such as wanting a 5-6 page paper about a short story that is only 3-4 pages long without any kind of plot summary or any kind of lengthy quotation.
