Falcetti is passionate about what he teaches and wants to see his students succeed. He takes the time to get to know everyone. His class was 1 hour lecture and 1 hour work on semester group project. He takes attendance but doesn't dock you if you miss a class or two. I highly recommend him.

Professor Falcetti is a great teacher! One of the few left who knows and highlights the concepts most important for practical use. Do NOT pass up on him if given the chance to have him as your professor. Great human and even better teacher.

Falcetti was a great choice of instructor. He was very thorough with his explanations of in class topics, and was always available outside of class. I was able to come to him for guidance for all of my classes and was met with a genuine desire to help. Falcetti expects you to be in class but if you have any type of hardship he will work with you.

Falcetti was my favorite professor throughout my undergraduate degree at CSULB. He made it a point to personally get to know me, I loved it. He is straight up about what will be on the exams. He wrote me an amazing letter of rec which helped me get into grad school. So thank you Falcetti for everything!

Great professor, provides clear instructions and expectations. Teaches how things will be in the real world where you are responsible for your own success. He has gone out of his way to advise and help me with graduate school applications and how to prepare for a career in this field. Put in the effort and you will do well. He is a great resource.

Professor Falcetti is awesome! Hes a great teacher which is why I took him for 2 semesters. He is really helpful ESPECIALLY during office hours. Highly recommend taking him because class will not be boring. He uses class time efficiently and doesnt waste your time and cracks jokes to make class more bearable

Falcetti cracks a ton of jokes in class, but all his lectures are relevant. Show up and you'll pass the class, and here's why.. He'll give hints about what will be on the exams. He uses an external book that can be accessed online for free (but it's not very necessary). He's accessible outside of class and lectures on things relevant for the exam!

Currently taking him now, it's not hard to pass. There's no powerpoints, just him talking. He often talks about himself and goes off topic. He's not too clear with entirely with what's on the exams . 3 exams, group project, paper, and youtube project. All exams are written (memorize notes), no MC. I'm not sure if I learned anything...

Falcetti tries to learn everyone's name and cares about his students. Tests were harder than just memorizing what he says in reviews, it's based on actually knowing material, but the class is basically a repeat of 421.

I took Falcetti bc everyone raved about him, but from the very beginning I didnt understand why. He told us in class that we would have a quiz next class & the night before sent an email saying small exam, & the day of he said MIDTERM. He is one of the most unprofessional rude professors Ive ever taken. I got a 89.7% & he mocked me being so close

Good professor. Respectful, nice, and caring. 1 group paper, 1 YouTube infomercial, 2 midterms, and 1 final. Attendance is not mandatory, but he only teaches verbally, so you would need to take notes yourself or get a copy from a classmate. Tests are moderately easy. Need to study for it though.

You definitely need the textbook. He's really nice but make sure you participate in class and get on his good side. Go to his office hours because he gives a lot of info of whats going to be on his test. Great teacher, very friendly, super nice.

Do not buy the textbook, you will not use it. Lots of group projects, so choose wisely. Get on his good side. Exams are easy because he tells you whats going to be on the exam, so create a google doc with classmates to make a study guide. Overall, he's great.

GREAT TEACHER! he is always in a positive mood and is smiling all the time. No homework. No powerpoints is the only downside. Video youtube project, two people. Cdcynergy project (group) and short presentation of that project at the end of the year. Two midterms and a final. One quiz

I have taken Falcetti for HSC 425, 427, and 435 and in all classes I got A's. Lectures were interesting. He's funny. No homework. One big group project. In lieu of the research paper, we did a video (2 persons). No study guide is given but he does let you know what to study for. Tests were not hard. He is approachable and accessible.

He is ALWAYS smiling and in a great mood, love it! One SEMESTER writing intensive group project. Be sure you are in a grp of people who are reliable. Exams are so easy, usually he goes over what will be on the exam the week before. No papers to write in this class. Being in class earns you easy participation points. He is nice and funny!

Loved going to Falcetti's class, he is always very positive and smiling! He covered the material very briefly, and not as in depth as I would like, but the concepts are not difficult to understand. Really enjoyed this class, and surprised to say that I learned a lot as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I took this course last semester and I expected too much of this class. You would think the teacher would teach from the book but instead he played movies every lecture we had and he would go off on random lectures about life. I didn't know what to expect from his exams did not provide study guide. If you want to learn take someone else.
