interesting mix of study material, very thought provoking. she seems super helpful and goes out of her way to explain things. expects you pay attention though, no matter if avantgarde work or blockbuster.... Be prepared to see Cronenberg and Bunuel/Dali and read comic books and Sade consecutively. can be daunting at times.

AWESOME. She really got me thinking about things I could of cared less before. Sometimes she talks fast for my taste. But she is fair and likes to listen also. I really liked the films we did. Be prepared to watch and read some distrubing works though.

great material, very provocative. she really cares for the students and is more helpful than most instructors. The discussions for this class have made me realize more things about myself than I thought was possible in a course setting. Although I hate large classes (70+) otherwise, here it made me really respect the different views. Good stuff...

She is impossible to follow and is incoherent with her thoughts. Don't bother taking notes because she'll begin with a point and not finish it. The readings are also extremely difficult which is probably because is difficult to follow during lecture. Probably the worst class I've taken at Binghamton and I'm a senior.

this TA is the most unorganized TA ever. she is all over the place, verbose and she never gets to the point of what she is trying to say. her tests are as ridiculous and as verbose as she is. not an easy A. she also has favorites.

liked her a lot! She is one of the most dedicated and respectful professors I ever had. is incredibly patient and always there to help w/ some creative assignment . The readings were x-tremely provocative, social studies politics and sex ed included :) Still puzzled at all the things she knows....

Coolest choice of material ever (films, lit, web, IT, sound, paint,photo, experimental avantgard stuff ...etc), ever! With her class time will always be that bit too short but then exams were on what we covered only. Could slow down a bit still.
