A lot of rate my professors can be very biased. this is not. do not take this class. very sweet lady but cannot teach. will give you a study guide and extra credit questions that will reflect the exam & those type of question won't even be on the exam. save yourself the energy and take another class. this is Fin2310

Very hard to understand her accent. Would not recommend taking unless you can teach yourself, since it is too hard to understand her. Also requires you to purchase online textbook with online quizzes which do not have the same material she teaches in class

She was AWFUL! She did not prepare you for any of the quizzes she administered. And she went through material SO fast, a chapter a class pretty much. Plus, even though she said she had office hours she wasn't there. Half the stuff on the quizzes wasn't what she taught. If you can teach yourself then I guess you are fine.

Class content was not easy to understand, but the professor tries her best to engage class and address questions. There was one difficult midterm, and one final which she tried to make easier. There were also 4 group projects to reinforce understanding, and an extra credit. She wants students to do well, and is very understanding of grad students.

Couldnt understand half of what she said. You definitely need a lot of prior knowledge on the subject if you want to do well because she does a terrible job explaining. Dont buy the book (she gives powerpoints) You have a quiz every week, the midterm, final and a 15 pg group paper. Wasnt too bad oeverall.

OK! Smart and nice little lady, knows her stuff. BUT! Won't curve, gives hard tests, has such a heavy accent you'd think she doesn't speak english. Basically after the 1st week, you'll give up because you won't understand a thing. Take someone else.

shes a great teacher, hard to understand and you can drift off during class. her test aren't killer but you do need to take notes. one huge group project, 2 midterms, 4/5 quizzes, dont really need textbook. i learned her favorite word is "right"

If you took FIN 3310 or accounting with a good professor, this class won't be hard at all. The problem with Qi is she's hard to understand and she's usually clueless when you ask her a question, but she also tries and is nice. The tests were not bad at all, she lets you use a formula sheet, which you can easily make into a cheat sheet.

we had one hw...4 quizzes (moderate difficulty)..midterm and final (let us use notes)...the whole class cheated on her tests...i couldnt help but laugh...its like she doesnt care...i did B work for the whole class and bombed the final and still got an A...passes around an attendance sheet so make a few friends in the class...cant answer questions

Good enough prof. If you have problems she's very helpful. You get to bring one page of notes, but that doesn't mean you can't study. Learn the concepts of finance and you'll be fine. In class she goes over the chapters through PP presentations. Overall knowledgable prof. Would recommend.

Class is very boring. You will have a better understanding by studying the book and just coming for a test because class time helps 0% but unfortunately she takes attendance. Plus she ALWAYS runs over class time and very hard to understand what she says.
