Dr. Crawford's class was excruciatingly boring. She is very pretentious. Your grade comes from a combination of 3 quizzes and 3 tests only. It's not terribly difficult, just make sure you study the review she posts on Blackboard. With such few assignments, there is not much room for messing up, or you can drop a letter grade easily.

Comment:

As long as you read for the quizzes (which she tells you about ahead of time plus they're open book quizzes) and show up to class, you should have no problem passing. She may come off as cold or strict, but she knows her stuff. Be attentive during her lectures since she'll call on students to answer her questions. Overall, pretty easy.

She may seem intimidating at first, but is a pretty great professor. She made lectures actually interesting and always gave out quizzes, which she would let you know in advance. Not much homework or projects. Passed the course with a B :)

Dr. Crawford was pretty checked out for this class. She also had biases against the younger students in the class. If she thought you were a slacker, she might even yell at you in class. I put in minimal effort and got a better grade than I deserved while others struggled and got worse grades than they deserved.

Honestly one of the most difficult professors I have had. Crawford expects actual hard work from her students. With that being said, she is very helpful and understanding with good reason. Be prepared to work, and if you do, it will certainly pay off. Overall, an amazing professor with huge amounts of knowledge in her field. Very lucky to have her.

Dr. Crawford grades hard, but she is definitely a subject-matter expert. She fully expects you to take notes and read assigned materials. If you do those two things, you will succeed in her class. She is definitely not rude, but she doesn't pull punches. Just do what's expected of you and you'll have no trouble at all!

Her class was a breeze, and this is coming from a Senior in high school, like the quizzes you know in advance you can memorize what you wanna say and then write it in her class, tests are over her lecture and you get 5 extra points on your grade if you show up to every class. Great class

Her class is challenging but if you take good notes and follow her outlines you'll do fine on the test. Her test have 39 questions and you get to pick the 30 you want to answer. just make sure on the essays you write from your perspective and not just from notes and the book.

Her class is hard and you have to take alot of notes. plus the keyterms she gives you is sloppy because most of the term are not where they are suppose to be and her test is comprised of two essay questions that she gives you a head of time but you have to memorize the paper you wrote because there are not notes allowed.i don't recommend her at all

Dr. Crawford really knows her material and can lecture over just about anything. She's very understanding and fun to have in class. She's fair, but not afraid to tell you when you are wrong. She expects you to keep up and read the material. However, you can slip by without reading it if you play your cards correctly.
