Coach Spencer was a very negative man, I felt stressful when I took class with him. Also, his mouth is full of bad languages and words, I couldnt tell he is a teacher in college school.

I took Coach Spencer Cardio class he is a great teacher He is aware student limitations so he does not push you to hard which i like about him a lot i would not take his class if you are a heavy smoker gives great advice on nutrition he just a great guy all around

I took swim for fitness, it was a super easy class. Just show up and swim. Coach Spencer can come off as rude, but he actually is nice and really helpful, so don't be fooled by his scowl. He hates technology. Over all I would definitely take his class again!

Took tennis with him. Such an easy class. As long as you miss 0-1 class, you get an A. So I got an A. He likes to talk about tennis players and basketball. He hates technology and today's society. But overall, easy and fun class.

If you have an interest in basketball and want to condition and compete 2-4 times a week for an hour or so this is a good class. It can give you th guidelines and principles to become a better player and person. This class has allowed me to become better on and off the court. P.S. he will kick you out of the class for fighting.

I've been playing basketball my entire life which also included competitively in high school. The one man who brought it all together was Spencer. His clarity and intensity makes one want to be a better player. Almost 8 years after encountering him I still find myself thinking about the lessons i've learned from him while practicing law.

Former player - Great Coach! He pushes you to play 110% - you need that to compete. I understand that now. He has connections to 4yrs guys - If you are good and have talent - he'll recommend you. You don't even have to ask. Strongly recomended.

Great Teacher/Tough Coach! Had fun in his basketball classes. He knows his game no doubt about it. You have to be ready to work hard. He doesn't expect you to know the game - but he expects you to "play" hard - be ready to give your 100%. Highly recommended.
