Comment:

Avoid this teacher at all costs. A lot can be said when you go from a full class to 6 students and the average is still in the 50's but he blames the students. He spends time in class explaining how to get the formulas while never teaching you how to use them. He expects you to learn from the horrible wileyplus homework instead of him.

I guess the new thing with math is online homework.. Most of the points off I got were from not entering the problem into the site the right way 3 times... I HATE Wiley +! Pearson is much better. He is a nice guy, but if you don't understand something after he explains it, he will get mad at you.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you are forced to take this prof as a last resort please be prepared to learn everything by yourself through the textbook or through the tutoring center. He seemed to be a nice guy but his teaching methods are questionable to me. He has a hard time understanding what students are asking and doesn't explain things clearly

He gets super lost in his mind. I had better luck just going to the tutoring center to learn the material, than learning from him. Class feels very long and is very easy to fall asleep in.

Prof. Roman does not clearly understand questions asked by students. He sees to stutter with his mind as he over analyses his lectures. He says that he is a retired coworker of Einsteins apprentice, but i highly doubt that by how he teaches. Do not take this class

By far one of the worst teachers I've had in my life. He doesn't really care about the students, he says he's always available for help but he doesn't help at all. He does not know how to teach and leaves the students out to dry. On the last exam the average was a D+ and he wouldn't put a curve on it. One question NO ONE got right and he said,tough

First off make sure you sit in the front because he speaks very quiet. His lectures are boring and he uses every minute of the class. He does ask for h.w questions but doesn't have clear explanations. You have to come to his class with some knowledge of math because you will get lost. Make sure you do your homework, it counts

Great teacher. Even though I had previous pre-calc experience from high school, he presents clear lectures and answers all questions. All you really have to do is pay attention, take notes on what is put on the board and do the online homework when it is due. Lastly, the exams are really easy, pretty much just like the homeworkreview packets.

Lectures are long and boring. I am good at math, and this class was a struggle. Math shouldn't be done on a computer! I constantly find myself staring at the clock waiting for the end of our class. His tests are very difficult.

He may be a nice but, plan on counting down EVERY minute of this class. Its a lot of Wiley Plus which is online math and thats easy but the class is SOOOO boring and he is so rude that i would have rathered actually learned cause he doesnt know WHAT THE HECK he is talking about.

Absolutely hated this class. I honestly thought I was decent at math until I took this class. He works right out of the textbook and does a poor job in explaining anything. Yes, he asks if there are any questions but it ends up being completely pointless since he just goes into more abstract explanations.

This guy is pretty clear with what he says and asks if anyone has questions. However he goes through the material fast and doesnt do enough examples to get you to practice. tests are 75% no calculator which is stupid. He expects you to memorize an unreasonable amount of material. Online homework is dumb and you only get 3 attempts. Dont take him
