His lectures are absolutely horrible. He will ask questions and then skew your words when you answer. Don't get me started on the tests/quizzes.. basically choose any answer you want because it's not going to be the 'most correct' answer. Doesn't practice what he preached in the case of teaching methods. Seems to not care since he can't be fired.

Please, take this class with a different professor if you have the opportunity. He is very one sided, and does not seem to believe his students should have opinions different than his own, and when they do he twists their words. Additionally, he does not give out clear grading criteria and then docks points if you don't meet his expectations.

Terrible professor. He asks a question and wants an answer, but doesn't accept the answer if it's different than his view. Extremely rude and doesn't help. Quizzes are extremely hard and only have 20 minutes to do it. We had a huge research project that had nothing to do with the class. Avoid this professor!

Extremely boring lectures and will make you want to skip. There is readings to do after every class period along with other assignments and group projects. It is way too much work for the class. He is not personable and if you have conflict with him you are going to struggle the rest of the class period. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Professor Gabriele had incredibly boring lecture. He did not practice what he preached about engaging students and giving timely, constructive feedback. He assigned a lot through group work which made getting things done difficult. He got frustrated easily. His quizzes were completely impossible and were worded terribly. Tough professor overall.

He is TERRIBLE! If you have a different opinion than him, he will shut you down so fast. Oh, you didn't like the way this was worded or you thought this should be the answer? Tough. He won't tell you why it's wrong, he just says it's wrong. You don't get any good feedback. For a class called learning and motivation, this class it terrible. AVOID!!

Boring... dear lord SO boring! He just reads off of powerpoints and they're so crowded they'll give you a headache. Nice guy but will put you to sleep. Quizzes are timed about 20 minutes so you HAVE to study or at least take amazing notes and fill out the study guide. This class was one of those stereotypical college class that you see in movies.

Professor Gabrielle was awful. He is the worst professor and teacher I have ever had. He has no clue what he is talking about, and none of it has anything to do with what we should be learning or what is on the test. He wants the class to voice their opinions, and if your opinion is different than his own, he will bash you into the ground. AWFUL.

He was horrible!! He has no idea what he is even talking about and then asks people what they think. He grades horribly and no real reason why you got a bad grade. He is nice but that is about it. His class put me to sleep!Waste of my time!

At first he seemed a little loose and was able to talk about things and make them make sense but then became very rude to certain students. These students were not talking in class or anything like that. He seemed extremely arrogant as well, especially one on one. I would agree with other postings on this issue. Don't take his class.

This class is soo boring but he did actually respond to my problems I brought to his attention. The tests are the worst which goes against everything learned in assessment but he gives u a chance to resubmit papers if need be.

The worst professor I've ever had! Thinks he's hot stuff... Don't argue with him. He doesn't like differing opinions and can be very confrontational. Oh, and don't bring up politics. If politics are brought up, keep your opinions to yourself. I can't believe this man has tenure. What a waste of my tuition dollars.

This guy thinks he is so smart, but in fact you don't learn a thing in his class. He talks about schools over in Japan the whole time. Doesn't teach you how to make lesson plans or anything to do with actually teaching. He got mad at the class because we didn't tell him his shirt was tucked into his boxers that were sticking out of his pants.

Tony is a great teacher!!! Class can get rather repetitive but he makes it enjoyable. He is a great guy and willing to help you out outside of class. Very easy going guy. Make sure you come to class interested with something to say.
