Professor Burgess is an amazing instructor! I had him for both A&P's and Micro Biology. I learned by his examples and stories. He takes his class serious, must be willing to learn and you will do well! His wife makes amazing cookies, for brain food. Can't say enough good things!

BEST PROFESSOR EVER!!!! I would take him for every single class he teaches. No kidding. Gives out study guide for test. Does test recap (which is the test). Take his class if you would also like coffee and cookies everyday. :)

Prof Burgess is one of the most interesting teachers I've had. He has to be one of the most interesting teachers I had. He combines both lab and lecture in one class on Saturday from 9:00am-2:40pm. His wife, who helps set up labs and makes cookies every class, is also really awesome too.

Dr. Burgess is amazing! I loved going to his class and really enjoyed his wife, who is the lab assistant. Take him if you can!! You won't regret it! Always did a test recap before the test, which basically was the test! :)

AMAZING! Dr. Burgess teaches by relating to examples. Medical Micro. is definitely his area of expertise, along with A&P. Dr. and his wife, Nurse Marion show the love for their students if you are willing to learn. They will never be forgotten! :0) Kelly A.

I took Dr. Burgess in Bio 171, and 172 and I got A's in both they are amazing!! He is super smart, and I learned soooo much from him. His wife Marion is amazing they both just love teaching people and they actulley care about you passing. I will never forget these two people for as long as live!!!! I already miss them!

He was an AWESOME teacher. Very clear on his points in lecture. He wanted us to learn what he was teaching. It is a lot of material to take in, but he answered any questions we had. Just fill out your study guides and take notes in class and you will definately pass with an A, no problem! I would HIGHLY recomend having him as a teacher!

Professor Burgess was the best teacher I have ever had. He makes biology understandable, which I thought was not possible, after having a previous teacher for 171.
