He definitely knows what he teaches and is a very good teacher. I looked forward to going to his class, the only downfall I found in his class was that attendance was mandatory and it would affect your grade if you decided not to show up. I recommend taking him!

Aron is a very good guy. My only problem with his class was that the entire year broke down into 4 exams. The 4th being the final. Other then that there was time for a bit of extra cred. When we reviewed I got Bs otherwise it was Cs. If you get Aron, make your year easier and ask to have time set aside for review! He is very nice and may accomidate

He is a really nice guy and he really knows what he is talking about. He makes it easy to understand and he is always willing to answer questions. Although it wasn't all that necessary to go to class because the notes are printed out, but you do have to study for the test or it will be hard to get a decent grade.

It's not worth the time to go to this class. He prints off the notes and then reads them word for word. His tests don't reflect the material covered. He let class discussion get off topic and resemble more of a therapy session. However, he does offer extra credit. His class isn't challenging but he's not a good teacher. I wouldn't reccomend him.

Gerhart is a nice guy but his test are absolutely nothing like his power points. He is ver monotone and makes everything boring... we talked about sexual maturation and the whole time he spoke in a monotone voice ! he's a nice guy though

Horrible. I really enjoy psychology, but Gerhart is so dry that it makes the subject unenjoyable. He posts all notes on blackboard, but reads them word for word in class. Hardly adds anything to the lecture. Tests are nothing like the notes or book. Must apply examples. No definitions. Class average is a c-. I would discourage taking him.
