Such a nice lady and a simple class. Your grade is attendance, one interview paper (75 pts), midterm(100) and final (100). I got a 100% on the final it was so easy and a 90% on the midterm. the readings are BS, i only read a few txtbk pgs. Easy class, only 1 credit though

Great professor! Not a nutrition major, but I took this class to get a good introduction to what it was all about. Explains topics well and also answers any questions you have about nutrition in great detail. Great professor!

Good professsor. She is really nice, and does an excellent job teaching. The class is not hard, and you will learn a lot. Tests are easy,short and based only off of lectures, so go to class.
