She does not use any material written after the 90's. The class is easy and there are some genuinely helpful things I learned, but she's condescending and vague. If you get on her bad side for any reason, god help you.

Lots of reading, and she REALLY lacks clarity with assignments. At times, you just have to use your own sense to complete assignments. The good news is she will let you correct things and hand them in later. She is more concerned with learning than deadlines. ZERO D2L usage, so dont lose your syllabus! Weird class, but good and very helpful.

Dr. Haggard's class was very easy. With that being said, I don't feel prepared for upcoming education courses, as the lesson planning and unit planning section of the course was very brief and the feedback was minimal. She does have some good in class activities, but overall, I just felt like I didn't learn all that much.

moody! if she doesn't like you look out! it is her way or the highway kids! her claim to fame is that she is picky on writing. can be nice when she wants and tends to be a bit hypocritical in terms of practicing what she preaches.

This was definitely my favorite 3 hour class! She uses many different teaching techniques which keeps things fun, and gives us great ideas to use in our own classrooms. We also got an open book midterm which we took with partners.
